Sports Ease: technical specifications

Sports Ease is available in 30-tablet strip packs and is manufactured in accordance with WHO good manufacturing practice with 6-monthly audits by a regulatory government department.

Each 340mg tablet contains ten vitamins helpful in keeping the body healthy after sports activity.

Dosage

Take one Sports Ease tablet after sports activity.

Warnings and precautions

Sports Ease can be used by all active people. If a user already suffers from a major medical problem, normal caution should be exercised when doing sporting activities. If after sporting activity the sportsperson remains unwell, professional help should be sought. Sports Ease does not help the effects of existing medical disorders, or the effects of lack of food or general tiredness.

Interactions

Sports Ease may be taken with any other medication. Like other vitamin and mineral supplements it is most effective when taken separately from food and drink.

Adverse effects

Using naturally occurring substances there is little possibility of adverse effects.

Overdosage

Should a client take more Sports Ease than recommended, no harmful side effects should be expected, owing to the fact that Sports Ease contains only naturally occurring vitamins.
